Per realizzare questo \u201ccollante\u201d tra tante tematiche  si fa ampio utilizzo di tecnologie ICT (informazione e  telecomunicazione) e soprattutto di \u201cintelligenza\u201d e di capacit\u00e0 di  progettazione sistemica, da cui il suffisso \u201cSmart\u201d.
